PRIDE DAY AT THE
CAPE MAY COUNTY ZOO
Embracing
Diversity & Inclusivity
PRIDE Day at the Zoo is an inspiring and welcoming event designed specifically for middle and high school students. This day is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment where students can connect with peers, and form meaningful and supportive relationships.
This remarkable event began in 2014, initiated by the School Based Youth Service programs at Cape May Tech and Lower Cape May Regional High School. Since its inception, PRIDE Day at the Zoo has expanded its reach, now including participants from six different counties: Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem.
The success and growth of this event are a testament to the collective efforts of various schools, organizations, community members, and businesses who have generously contributed.
For middle and high school students interested in attending, please consult with your school-based youth services counselor or advisor. A signed parent consent form, returned to your counselor or advisor, is required for participation.
Businesses or community members looking to support this event can contribute either through in-kind donations or financially. To make a donation, please use the provided link above or complete the form below. For any inquiries, feel free to contact us using the contact form.
